Doing more than is in her job description

On Wednesday 23 October 2013 I updated all my details with my consultant who then put me through to Carmen for further information. Once we were done I realized I had forgotten to update my householders buildings insurance. Instead of merely transferring me into oblivion, Carmen took the time and helped me. She was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and courteous. I dealt with 3 Telesure staff members that afternoon and it seemed all of them had a smile on their face... they were happy to give great service!
Telesure thank you for employing great staff - be sure to always appreciate them and look after them... they are extremely scarce and so appreciated by loyal customers!
I am in the process of financially streamlining... having said that, when service is so good your inclination to change merely for premiums sake is not a priority then u know your company is doing something right... ITelesure keep up the good work!
