Renealle called me from Auto and General Recoveries to inform me that she has recovered the excess from another Insurance company. It has been a tedious process to recover costs so far but she surprised me this morning (without me following regularly up), by notifying me that they have recovered the funds and that Telesure will be paying it in soon into my account. Thank you Renealle for your good service, it's much appreciated. This is a great blessing from Him above.
