I called the call centre to get a quote on car & household insurance. Phidi took me on the painstaking joyride of the excersice. Her communication skills and ability to listen to my questions and concerns without once asking to repeat myself, and replying with clear & understandable information, made it a surprisingly pleasant experience. I thank her for the true interest in and understanding of the importance of accurate information. Phindi, your respect of your callers' time and grasp of the caller's concerns, is an asset. Don't ever loose that, girl!!!
