Overcharged on Insurance on Home By double!

I knew that my home was overvalued and insisted on a assessor to re value it. The outcome was that it was overvalued almost double so consequently I have been paying double for about five years. I also have worked as as estate agent in the past and know the value of homes and building costs. This was reported and found out at the beginning of June. On phoning the call centre ever since I can get no sense out of anyone and there are no Managers or people in authority to assist clients. I am just wondering if there is anyone working there at all. My last call centre experience whereby I held for about fifteen minutes I was told of a Mohamed Kahn who is working on my claim. Have still not been able to contact this person or anyone who knows anything. Its very strange that if a bank owes you money you can wait forever but if you owe them money you must pay upfront and pay interest on interest. Makes you wonder...
