Poor customer service

We applied for home loan with Fnb March already & the process is just rediculouslly draging & the information that i get from the call centre is not the same, we applied for proceed of registration last week already & we where told only if we dont receive the go ahead after 5day the call centre will send it to the compliance department wich was done on friday & on monday i was told that the turnaround was 48HRS & now today its thursday which i called again & now i was told that we need to wait 3days where is the consistency in system i mean you dealing with our lifes here if this is the service that we getting now we might as well go to other banks we have investment & a bond with you guys & my husband have platinum cheque account with you also & we think we must sommer take it away coz Fnb doesnt have a sense of urgency when dealing with clients & doesnt leave up to their standards...
