I was looking for a Life Insurance Policy Quote and Nomfundo Dlamini was so helpful, I now have Life Insurance thanks to her Excellent Customer Service. I could hear her that she knows her products very well, she had patience. I wish SA could have more people like Nomfundo Dlamini in the Call Centres.
