I had an accident with my BMW on the 3rd of May 2013. To date i still have had no concrete feedback on the status of my claim and have had to make use of a loan car in the meantime. I must have sent 50 emails already but have had no luck with this claim. I do not even know whether this company still EXISTS!!!???
