Called First For women to add an item onto my policy and to also review it as I havent done it in a few years. I was assited by a friendly informative lady (Tintswalo Baloyi) who then transferred me to Faizel. Happy to say, recieved a friendly gentlemen on the other side who adjusted my monthly amount and made my day.
Excellent service all around.. not always great dealing with customers but he was friendly and great! Great customer service I expect :)
