The service industry in South Africa is rather appalling, and these days getting proper help or even just help with a smile is very hard to find. So when searching for insurance for my new vehicle I was VERY pleasantly surprised by the help and the friendly attitude of Mr. Martin. Not only did he provide me with excellent service but he did it in such a way that I actually did not feel like a burden to the unfamiliar face on the other side of an insurance quote. As an active member in the customer service industry I would wish that all our staff members could treat customers the way Mr. Martin has treated me, as THAT is what makes the difference between 1 client and 100, between a good company and a great company. It is what will make people choose your company above all others. Thank You and I am looking forward to receiving more great service through my time spent as one of First for Women's happy customers.
