The week ending 04-07-2013, had a problem with a blocked drain, tried to pour acids and other mechanism known to solve this kind of problem to no avail. then I went through my Iwyze policy and came across the motor or house assist benefit offered by Iwyze at no additional costs. I called their help desk number, was assured that somebody will call me shortly to assist with solving problem. Indeed in about 15 minutes later, I was called by Iwyze, to confirm a Service provider, Designer Plus was on way to help me. Within the stipulated time, Designer Plus arrived and sorted our drain problem out. Thank you guys.
