Paypal withdrawal

I have been struggling for 3 weeks to get money out of paypal into my FNB account.
Everytime there is a new technical error on the FNB online application
I have sent emails and called, but no response from FNB.
I am loosing interest and the exchange rate is changing everyday, so I cannot event choose which day I want to withdraw.
Please help that I can get the money
