Caroline is really Top class... i requested some information late on Friday (05/07/2013) and she never complained like what people do on Friday or say i will do it on Monday. When i walked to my office today (08/07/2013) i had already received my feedback done on the Friday i had sent the documents to her..!!!
i am really impressed with her service delivery.
