AM really not impressed with the service I received this morning.
Called the call centre and the agent William could not pick up my details on his system. What if I was stranded in the middle of the night???
This has resulted in a delay for my vehicle to get to my mechanic. I doubt he will be able to sort out the vehicle today. If he fails to repair the vehicle today, I want King Price to give me a rental vehicle to use for this weekend.
