Excellent follow up and support

I would like to Commend Kedibone Sekgobela from Forex in Centurion. She has been amazing at assisting me to get feedback on when my check from overseas will clear. She has been amazing at follow up and really gone the extra mile to assist me. She actually seems to care that I need my money to feed my child. The process from FNB was a big failure for me. But she has restored my faith that there is actually some people in the bank that realize we are human and have needs. I hope she is given credit for her efforts, she really has wowed me, who has been an FNB client for many years.
