IQ Academy has been debiting my wife's account for R375 every month and no one seems to know what this amount is for since she has never had any dealings with this college. These debits are and unauthorised. I really do not want to get nasty on this and ddemand that you cancel those debit orders with imemdiate effect and refund her all the money you have take off her account with interest and associated bank charges.
Should my query not be resolved in the next 48 hours, I will escalate to the relevant authorities andd also open a cas eof with the police as this is totally unacceptable.
