I am extremely disappointed in you MFC, my wife has tried getting in contact with who ever controls the accounts for the last 2 weeks to no avail. Every day that she calls she is put on hold for longer than 10min! It is ridiculous! All we want to do is settle our account. My wife bought a 2006 Ford Fiesta ST in 2010 for R109 000, she is on a fluctuating interest rate and pays anything from R800 to a R1000 per month as interest and her total payment per month is around R2250.00 (inc interest). At the end of August she would have paid and estimated R81 000, in April we looked at the outstanding balance being R71 000, and now it says R84 000! How is that possible? There is also added costs that she continuously tries to get clarity on but the incompetent staff she needs to deal with is absolutely useless! Who do you employ?! I am expecting answers on the inquiries to my wife's questions, after paying so much and not getting client service it goes to show what is most important to MFC, thus we will never support you again as I just bought a 2010 BMW 335i through a different finance company to not have to deal with you again! Sort your staff out! Or you'll lose more clients!
