I had a loan with African bank from 2007 which I stopped paying due to unemployment. On the 9th of November I paid up the loan and requested for a paid up letter which I am still waiting for. As if that is not enough they still have me listed on ITC for the loan that I have already paid up. To make things worse they have taken over Ellerines. I bought a bed at Ellerines in 2007 which came incomplete with a broken chair. I have complained over and over even to a point where I had to take the missing piece from the display they had as they could not deliver my part. I asked them nicely to come and collect their goods as I was not prepared to pay for goods that were damaged an incomplete. To my surprise I get call from rude agents demanding payments from me and when I explain the story they keep promising to get it sorted. I have had enough and I think its time to take it further. 6 years is a very long time for empty promises.
