I lodged a TV Claim in April 2013 and my two TV's went in for assessment and repairs. TV's were returned and still did not work. TV's were taken away again and for the next six weeks it was a matter of several calls and unresolved. On Tuesday I contacted the call centre and spoke to Daron, he assured me he would resolve and several calls later, I fetched a new TV from Cape Insurance Replacements yesterday (Wednesday).
Also received excellent service from Johan at Cape Replacements.
