On Sat 27th July I contacted Budget with regards to an item that had been from my property. Daron phoned me on the Monday morning to confirm he had received my claim and followed up on Tuesday to advise me that the claim had been actioned and I should have payment before the end of the week. The refund was already in my account on Wed evening and needless to say I am a VERY happy camper. I wasn't expecting the process to be so painless. :) THANK YOU DARON!
