POOR CUSTORMER SERVICE

I AM DISAPPOINTED AND DISCOURAGED BY THE WAY MFC IS HANDLING MY ACCOUNT SEEING THAT I AM ALMOST DONE FINISHING MY INSTALLMENTS... WE HAVE HAD SUCH A GOOD RELATIONSHIP THROUGH OUT THE YEARS WITH MY CARS FINANCE AND NOW THAT I WANT TO SETTLE MY DEBT THEY HAVE ALL SORTS OF EXCUSES BECOUSE THEY CAN SEE "CASH COW" IS COMING TO THE END OF HER PAYMENT. I RECENTLY WENT TO ASK FOR MY SETTLEMENT AMOUNT AND I WAS RUDELY TOLD BY DALE NICOLSON THAT I WILL NOT GET A SETTLEMENT BECOUSE I HAD NO INTEREST LEFT AND I HAVE OVER SIX MOTHS TO PAY LEFT. THIS WAS DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM DALE NICOLSON WHEREBY I ALSO ASKED HIM TO SPEAK TO A MANGER REGARDING THIS AND TILL THIS DAY DALE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. I FEEL THAT I AM BEING HELD RANSOM BY THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY. I WAS PLANNING TO RE- FINANACE MY CAR AGAIN THRU MFC BUT AFTER THIS DRAMA I WILL RATHER SEARCH FOR OTHER FINANCE HOUSES AS THEY ARE NOT THE ONLY SERVICE PROVIDERS AND I AM CONFIDENT THAT I WILL GET BETTER TREATMENT IN SETTLEMENTS . I JUST WANT TO WARN ANYONE THINKING ABOUT MFC TO RECONSIDER OR SUFFER THE SAME FATE AS I HAVE!!!
