BAD service delivery

I requested a reversal that was debited on the 25th/06/2013. Called internet banking - spoke to

Mpho Mphahlele call ref 39516913 who said it would take 24 hours to load - wasn't loaded (spoke to her on the 27/06/2013)
Called last week - spoke to Muzi Mazibuko - call ref 39624612 - told me the same thing, that it would take 24 hours to load and reverse, still not loaded
Called Lerato Makgoba today - call ref 39681486. asked me for my details AGAIN and told me the same thing.

I want this sorted TODAY!!!
