The service I received at FNB is the worst I experienced from a bank. Applied for a platinum credit card online, after telling me countless times that it was approved and struggling for 2 weeks to get all my documents to them. Today got a call telling me that I was approved for a gold credit card with a much lower limit. I rather stick with my current bank, thank you!
