First National Bank
Incorrect amount

FNB has closed my smart savings account because there was no activity in the account. Now my tax refund was paid to this account so now they dont want to activate the account because my cheque account was written off. So now they want me to pay the amount that was written off on both accounts but the issue do not have anything to do with the other.

Now I'm being inconvenienced because my tax refund will have to go back to SARS and knows when I'll get it back. Can someone please open this account immediately please.
