Called in the call centre in regards of the sms i received from Finchoice, after waiting for a while for the next available agent, Finally somebody attends me so i asked her to call me back as i have waited long enough already. she assured that she will call me back on my landline shortly however still waiting for her callback (to bad i didnt get her name). So i decided im going to callback, i did callback while giving the Agent my particulars phone cut but she didnt even bother to call me back as she was aware who she was speaking to en she had all my details infront of her... im actually disappointed with the service in this callcentre. i work in a callcentre myself and i know the proper procedure to awesome service...
