Dissapointed with FNB's support services

I contacted FNB Customer Support line today to try and enquire about closing accounts that I have with them that are just idling. I did not get the assistance I was requesting from any of the call center agents that I spoke to. When I made my call initially I dialed the Online Banking division and my call was transferred to General Enquiries because the agent claimed she could not assist me with the query, then I got cut off. In my second attempt I dialed general enquiries directly and they also told me that they cannot assist me because to close an account I have to visit a branch but if my account was opened online that the Cancellations division could assist in closing it online. The agent then transferred my call to the Cancellation division, the agent seemed puzzled by my request and asked me to hold the line while he was making an enquiry. I held on for a while, when he finally got back to me he told me that account cancellations are not done in their division and that he was going to transfer my call to Online Banking. At this point I lost my cool and voiced my frustration on being sent from pillar to post! But at the end I got ZERO assistance! Disappointed :-(
