Userscart interferance with D.O

Usercart purchase of something has caused debit order to not go off. I asked for purchase to be cancelled. Was told it would be investigated but would take seven to fourteen days. meantime proper purchase debit order is not going off and I am being charged penalties. Cant get help from care center, only same storey. Am told that at Standard Bank the so called purchase would have been reversed in ten minutes, I have been told this twice now. No one at Capitec can even tell me, if whoever it is that is helping themselves to my money tries again that I would be protected. What if they want more of my money, will Capitec allow them to empty my account whenever they feel like doing so? I do not feel that my money is being protected here. Very unhappy. Please help.
