Hello. Im tired of calling and wasting my precious time over something so simple. I hate to put this on hello peter, but it seems thats the only way ill get some response from you guys. A couple of months back i got a call from a lovely lady who told me about the new essence benefit etc, i tried to use the benefit but couldnt coz for some reason i wasnt registered. To date i must have phoned at least 5 times asking for someone to tell me why i cant use the benefit yet i have been a loyal essential med member for over a year. Your consultatnts are always very polite but it doesnt help me when people say they'll call me back, or escalate the matter to their supervisor and then i never hear back from them..Today i was told to call sanlam reality myself, and i did, but they couldnt pick me up on the system then they transferred me back to essential med, round and round i go being tossed from one consultant to the next, it
