I made a claim with woolworths to have my Iphone repaired, which was then picked up by CRS. This was on the 5th of June. On the 10th June I gave a consultant of WInsurance the go ahead to fix the phone with an understanding that I will settle the excess.
I have been given the run-around and not getting a proper answer as to what is happenning.
The person I spoke to a Winsurance is Nicole and now her number just rings. Im very frustrated as when I call W Insurance I was put on hold for what seemed like forever!
