We took out a new policy from budget insurance through Trevor starting 22 June 2013.
We only accepted insurance for our car and home content. Last night on out debit orders two extra policies were deducted from telesure. We NEVER authorised these. We never even were aware of it. Nothing of its nature were shown in our policy documents!!
Am I right in saying that this is!! -Money being debited from our account without our consent??
I now have trouble with my other debit orders going through (including my electricity bill)!!!
I expect to hear from you before the end of the day!
I have a good mind and report this to Carte Blance because I see on other hello peter reports that there are many many other complaints regarding the exact same fraudulance from your company.
