In March i have appointed a law firm to help me with the process of being removed from the ITC. This is continuation of the previous case i had with them now in February, These people dont learn from their mistakes, The reason i have appointed a seperate law firm is obvious, i wanted them to remove me URGENTLY from itc. All the payments were done in April already, now they came to my law firm and told them that they cannot do this on my behalf they will do it themselves, and they will do this by August some time. They refuse my law firm to action this and yet i must wait for August. Is there person who will wait from March until August just for the process of Rescission to take place. My whole life is on hold, i cannot apply for anything, i am desperate to get my own house but i cannot, I have had it with Flemix i wish i never met them period. I am calling the Ombudsman immediately after logging this complaint. You cannot do the same mistake twice. They are offering the worst service ever. Please expose this company and their below average service.
