Bad day,

We would like to voice our disgust at the way the above mentioned case was handled by clientele legal and the kruger scharf attoneys.

First we struggled to get you to defend us in the first place, then when we finally got the lawyer to sit down with us he did not come back with us with the report. He told us they were granted a judgement but we do not understand since we were disputing the amount and we could prove our point of view. When we followed up with him He did not even know the merits of the case or what our defence was. He applied for recission of judgement but never bothered to show at the court to state our case. It is clear he did not care about our case. We only got report back when we enquired. He hung up the phone when we called him to follow up, clearly fustrated because he could not provide us with clear answers for his incompetence.

As things stand they have attached our goods and they came to remove them.
We have until tuesday the 02nd of July to prevent this after we pleaded with the sheriff. You say you cannot cover us any longer because of missed premium.
