FNB Waivable Fee

Good day, I am writing this on behalf of my mother. She changed to FNB due to very high bank charges at her previous bank. She noticed that there is Waivable Fees charged. We are not 100% sure why she is being charged this amount. She is a pensioner and she changed to FNB to cut banking costs, but now it seems that they are just as bad as the other banks. Would someone please assist. Thank you.
