Well well well ABSA has done it again taking my money and after taking my money notifiying me via sms that they have taken money out of my account. And they still have the nerve to advise me to call the call centre where I will just end up fighting with the incompetant, no sence of showing emphaty to customer by telling you that you not getting your money back as you owe the bank money. Fine guilty as charged but who gives them the right to take money out of my account when arrangements was made on the account for payment. I would like to thank you ABSA for my money without even as much as a phone call advising or making some kind of arrangement to pay what is owed to you. Thank you for taking the food out of my kids mouths. my money first without any arrangement and being a customer for more then 16 years this is what I get. I personally will not advise anyone to take your hard earned money to ABSA as they are a bunch of working together. And to top it all off they took half of the money that was in my accout and we not even in the new month yet. Bunch of my 16 year old acc closed. Sms after they took half my money. Worst bank ever.
