If there's one thing I truly hate is when I'm being undermined as an individual and this time FNB your employee has done so. We had an agreement that in order to fix up my cheque account which was on A NEGATIVE that she would transfer R300.00 for the first four or five months than move over to R500.00 but I was surprised to get an sms that said an amount of R1000.00 had been transferred into my cheque account. Could he or she not be thoughtful to at least notify me before doing as she pleases my money that I sooo hard for and not poo around like a dog... This action has made me think that: if your staff have such right and access to do whatever with any account, how safe is my money with your bank? I am disgusted, hurt by this - wouldn't be surprised if act was of gender or race/how can one be so evil. Yes, the account has to be on a zero balance but if i AGREED to an amount keep that way or at least have the decency to notify me via sms, email or phone call. Kindly have a look at my query when you have the time and please keep me posted...
