Im very much happy with they way Linda handled my query when Telkom Mobile debited my bank account on my name, He called the company and informed them about disputed debit order which happened on my account, being polite requested Ref# for each and call made, though he was akefro pillar to post by Telkom mobile call centre staff, he remained calm and efficient. Im glad my money was reversed and I believe deserves a promotion as he has saved an Absa client, as I was contemplating thoughts of quitting the bank after 15 years of good service.
