How can Wesbank tell me my car is in arrears of R137 000 and after repossessing my car and questions to my Debt counseller the actual amount is R26 000. They didn't want to give me back my car and accept more installment to get my account up to date instead they wanted me to pay R30 000 immediately to release my car and then re finance me again with an installment of R4500 over 72 months?
I've bought the car brand new with a smaller installment and over 72 months?
Doesn't the debt counselor and Bank make arrangements between the two of them? I didn't received my termination letter and still said I will pay more on my account.
