Miscommunication and broken promises

The first week of June I approached Silverton FNB and was convinced by a very pleasant consultant to switch to FNB. I was offered a Platinum account, and as there is a 3 month waiting period for an overdraft facility I requested access to my prepaid home loan funds to ensure a smooth transition. What a disaster. From lost documents to consultants that don't know what I am actually applying for and hours of productivity lost due to standing in queues. Exasperated I have now cancelled the application and seriously questioning my choice in a banking partner.
