Mechanical breakdown warranty

I got problems regarding a claim against motorMend and where I bought my car from Carzdotcom, who can I contact for legal advise.
It is regarding a claim, what I paid for at Carzdotcom, is not what I am covered for at motorMend and rejection of claim, for not notifying them, after I did send them emails regarding this warranty and claim.
