I would like to extend my deepest gratitude and immense appreciation for the outstanding service i received from Joel Beresford at King Price Insurance.
I required insurance for a car that i was in the process of purchasing, and as murphy's law would dictate, the time came to pick up the car, and i was still without insurance.
This was due to a number of reasons such as a lack of feedback from some companies, and more shockingly the price of the quotes i was getting, after great stress and anxiety a quick reminder of the quirky King Price television add, I submitted details online and received a welcoming call from Joel, and with a rather short conversation was able to secure insurance for my new car and at a rate that was well within my budget
To say that i was relieved and impressed with the speedy response to the online enquiry and the quality of the service Joel has provided is an immense understatement, in a world where customer service/satisfaction has been chucked out the window along with paper towels in a restroom, it is seemingly refreshing to have all my needs met with joy and ease.
