POOR SERVICE

On the 5th December 2012, Standard bank sent plumbers to replace a burst geyser in my house, a portion of my ceiling was cut out, then a company was sent with wrong instructions on the 28th December 2012 to come and fix the ceiling, assessment was done, photos taken of the area damaged, subsequently the repair was not done. On the 18th a different company was sent, which was incompetent to say the least... the fixing had many faults which I picked up until the service provider decided to go and buy extra material
This is disapointing and at the moment I'm looking for a company with a better service because Standard bank has failed me, but they are busy receiving my premiums every month without fail...
