I had a client who took delivery of a new vehicle yesterday and he was really grateful that our underwriter cindy took the extra effort to call the dealer to find out the finance company for him as he wasn't sure when he finalised his cover. She found out and also sent off confirmation for him. Thank you for being so helpful and assiting my client.
