Strugling to upgrade my account

I did apply for a gold tjek account but instead i did get a elite tjek and i did put a complaint on hello peter of this. Few days later standard bank called and talk to me to resolve the problem and told me they did upgrade me to a gold account and my card is on its way. Still waiting till today for that card.

Now that I have a new job with a new salary I want to upgrade to a titanium card what a struggle it is. First I went to Kuruman brunch and ask them to upgrade and they said a lady would call me to upgrade my account, she never did phone me.

Went to the Kathu branch and did the same and the same with somebody from standard bank will call me, the person did phone me and ask all the all questions and ask if she can upgrade my account and i did reply with yes. Still waiting for a card or notice or email or text.

Last week i went to Hotazel branch to find out what is going on why didn't i get any feedback. She did phone a somebody and said this person will call me and talk to me what is going on on my account and still waiting till today for someone to call me.
