I had skipped payment on my policy for this month and last week my account was debited twice and i went to the bank to reverse the payments. Today i received an sms to say my account was cancelled and yet i thought they will get the money on the 27th. Troy was able to explain to me how the collection was and the reason for the early deduction. He reinstated my policy withou charging me any extra fees and my policy will continue.
