20 minutes on Hold and Counting

After being sent a threatening letter by FnB, whereby they refer to their previous communication that never took place, I tried to contact them on the number they provided. I sat on hold for more than twenty minute listening to a prerecorded message that says 'they understand that my time is precious and they will answer as soon as someone becomes available'.

The matter is over an overdraft that I recently took out. It's my first time using the facility and they sending me threatening letters. The best part is that at the same time they are offering to extend the overdraft online.
