I spoke to Joel from the King Price call centre around 3.50pm. He does not come across as in a pleasant way and instead of paying attention to the customer, i could hear someone talking to him at which point he laughed/seemed distracted. The entire conversation, he sounded like he was doing me a favour by getting my prospective business. Perhaps he should go on OUTsurance training... As calls are recorded, I suggest that the call be carefully listened to by his manager if customer service and repeat business is important at King Price Insurance.
