My hubby had a credit card, which we settled, in FULL, in 2005. Since then, we had two of FNB's collection agencies phone us for "handed over status". BOTH times, we had to provide proof that we had settled the credit card in full... from June 2012 to September 2012, we had fought with FNB's attorney's, their complaints department and then to the last referred person, Ruby Hassin. Who sent us a letter in September 2012 that the matter as been resolved and funds will be allocated accordingly, and that my husband will be removed from ITC. NO APOLOGY EVEN!!! Now, June 2013..., yes 2013, my husband is still listed for a judgement, and cannot finance new vehicles... Bad joke, not likely!!!
