I went into my branch yesterday to FICA my accounts as I have moved home. The document I had for FICA purposes was not acceptable - groan! No problem to Beauty - she asked me how far away my new home was and proceeded to come home with me to see that I lived there. How's that for going beyond the call of duty? Added to that, she was so lovely in her dealings that she didn't make me feel at all awkward. Well done Beauty, and well done Standard Bank on employing such a star.
