You advertise an sms line which once you sms you receive a response that then states that you will be contacted within 48hours by a consultant.
I am a standard bank client and have been for many years for I wanted to know more about this "service"... I sent the sms OVER a WEEK ago! I then sent a complain email to your email address that even gives you an "I am Disappointed" option. The mail was sent on Monday 17 June. The automatic response you send back states that we will be contacted in 24hours... Its been over 96hours since then. I am not sure what message you are trying to send but I definitely understand that you have no idea how long an hour is, I'm guessing you have your hours and days confused. Unlike your service name, clearly I don't actually count!!!
