I received a call on the 7th may with an offer for free insurance on my galaxy s3, only to be told after 30min on the phone that it's free for one month and then they will start charging me. Once this was said, I told the agent immediately to cancel which I then was told that she will call me before the month is up so that the policy can be cancelled. No amounts were discussed and no paperwork was ever signed. I received a Sms with a link to view a one page document which clearly states 0 instalment. This is where all the fun begins. 17th may 2 debits come off my account, 1 for R19 and another for R49. Today the 20th June 3 more debits, 1 for R19, 1 for R49 and another for R119. 2 emails, no response, 1 phonecall and a promise to email me the cancellation of the policy, and no email later. These calls are voice recorded, I have requested I copy of that recording so that the necessary steps can be taken. I wonder now if that is ever going to happen.
