Payment

I received a call from a lady who said she was calling from Auto and General yesterday advising me that the payment was going to be made yesterday. I haven't received any indication from my bank about the payment and I've asked Auto and General to furnish me with the Proof of payment but instead everyone that has been assisting me from last week decided to keep quiet today
